The Baur Suites, completely renovated in 2022 with designer furnishings, overlook the main square in the centre of Bardolino. The lakefront and the harbour are only 100 metres away. Baur is divided into 2 flats, a studio located on the 1st floor and a 2-room apartment located on the 2nd floor, with the main entrance overlooking the pedestrian area of Bardolino's piazza. Parking space in the underground garage for each flat is approx. 500 metres from the accommodation. Access to the garage, which is located on basement level -2, is through a steep spiral driveway. The garage measures 465 cm in length, 250 in width and 200 in height. The centre can only be reached on foot. The two-room apartment (37sqm) is on the 2nd floor, the one-room apartment (30sqm) is on the 1st floor. Both consist of a living area with a kitchenette equipped with a small induction hob, dishwasher, small fridge and freezer, toaster, kettle and German coffee machine. The living room has a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 children or 1 adult, satellite TV, Wifi and air conditioning. A modern bathroom with a large shower cubicle and hairdryer is at guests' disposal. Baur Suite 2 offers a double bedroom with velux window, furnished with wardrobe and chest of drawers.
