Beautiful apartment located in the most beautiful village of Aosta, in the central area, offering the opportunity to fully experience the city. Close to the main monuments, bars, restaurants and shops. A 6-minute drive from the Pila ski area cable car. The apartment is tastefully furnished and consists of a living room, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, bathroom and two balconies (one very large). It is also equipped with every comfort: high speed wi-fi internet connection, independent heating, 2 TVs, hairdryer, shampoo, washing machine, iron and ironing board, oven and dishwasher. A ski and bicycle storage room is available 20 meters from the apartment. Self check-in is available. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. Smoking is forbidden The apartment can contain a maximum of 4 guests
The historic center of Aosta, an entirely pedestrian area inside the city walls, preserves the monumental and artistic characteristics of the most significant historical periods, the Roman and medieval ages. The ideal itinerary starts from the Arch of Augustus, one of the symbols of the city; it then continues along via Sant'Anselmo and reaches the monumental complex of Sant'Orso, an important testimony to medieval Aosta. Continuing further west along the axis of via Sant'Anselmo you reach Porta Pretoria, beyond which is the area of the Archaeological Park of the Roman Theatre. Also worth seeing are the Torre dei Balivi, the Amphitheater and, in the area of the southern walls, the tower or castle of Bramafan. The entire area of the historic center is full of views, alleys and pleasant pedestrian streets, such as Via Croix de Ville, which has been the economic and social center of the city since ancient times. Finally, the Cathedral, with its Romanesque bell towers, frescoes and works of sacred art dating back to the Middle Ages and the Renaissance.
