We are Sara, Alessandro, Valentina, Silvia, Laura, Daniela, Loredana and Giuseppe. We have all worked for many years in different tourism tasks but in the end we recognized ourselves more in this type of hospitality, because it offers a different autonomy and independence than the hotel, which has taught us a lot, but which probably little resembles us. For some years we have been managing more than 60 apartments located throughout Italy and mainly in Lombardy, as well as 2 residences in Rho and from 2019 we are managing 2 apartment complex in the Costa del Sol. Renting a house instead of a room gives us the opportunity to establish a more familiar relationship with our guests. Through their needs, we understand their habits and what makes them feel good.

The Villa Veranda del Lago is one of the flagship properties of BNBOOK, located just minutes from Lake Monate and a few kilometers from Lake Maggiore. The villa, which can accommodate up to 9 people, is characterized by an elegant style and carefully curated furnishings. The large kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities, including a dishwasher, a 5-burner stove, a 90cm oven, a coffee machine and a kettle. Upstairs, you will find two spacious bedrooms. One bedroom features a double bed and a spacious bathroom with a large shower. The master bedroom is enriched by a luxurious bathroom, with a freestanding English-style bathtub, double sink, and a glass veranda with elegant white curtains overlooking the garden. Returning to the garden level, you will have access to the second part of the villa, which consists of a spacious and bright living room with white walls and warm-toned parquet flooring. Here, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with a French bed and an en-suite bathroom with a spacious shower with a glass door. Monate Lake is famous for its crystal clear and bathing water and its characteristic beaches. The closest is about 1.5 km away (Oltrelago). From Travedona Monate you can also easily reach Lake Maggiore and its villages overlooking the shores and Varese Lake with its 28 km cycle path. In the centre of Travedona, close by the house, there are some shops such as the bakery, the greengrocer, some bars and restaurants. The nearest supermarket is about 2 km away. Free parking on street.
