We are a small family business in the central-western part of the island of Sardinia: a beautiful and unspoilt coast, rich in culture and traditions, where to find peace, relax and enjoy authentic experiences through a selection of holiday homes a few steps from the sea.

Property information

Casa Alice is a semi-detached house situated in Funtana Meiga, only 150 metres away from the beach. Divided into two levels, it offers three bedrooms - two double and one with two single beds, plus one bathroom on the lower level and a well-equipped kitchen, one bathroom and living room with TV on the upper level. The best spots are the two spacious outdoor areas: a large patio with built-in barbecue and a terrace with an amazing sea view. Both have dining tables. There are also WI-FI, washing machine and mosquito nets. Please note currently there is no air conditioning (fans instead). Free street parking is available by the property. Please note that towels and bed linen aren't included and can be provided upon request at an extra charge. Our check-in times are 16:00 to 21:00. If you wish to check in earlier, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate your request. Late check-ins, from 21:00 to 24:00, are possible but subject to an extra charge. Our check-out times are 8:00 to 10:00.

Neighbourhood information

Enchanting fine and golden sand plus crystalline waters: Funtana Meiga, a hamlet of Cabras, is the perfect spot on the west coast of Sardinia for total relax. A short distance away, you can visit the ruins of Tharros, Is Arenas and Mari Ermi beaches and San Giovanni di Sinis. Funtana Meiga is also the perfect place for a holiday in the pursuit of nature: the village is surrounded by fields of traditional crops, large spaces with dunes and typical vegetation of the Mediterranean climate (dwarf palms, rosemary, mastic, thyme) which extends to the sea. Enjoy breath-taking views from the terrace of Casa Alice!
