Recently renovated cozy apartment with garden in the center of Civenna. The apartment, located on the ground floor, opens onto the living area that is furnished with a sofa, a TV, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle and a toaster. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom featuring a queen-size bed, a closet and a dresser. Both rooms have access to the garden complete with a dining table and a bench, where guests can relax and enjoy meals in the open air. A bathroom with shower completes the layout. At guests' disposal amenities such as free wifi, washing machine, iron and heating. *In the area where the accommodation is located there are no taxis or public transport available for short local transport. It is therefore advisable to reach the destination by car.

The territory of Bellagio is vast and varied, you can visit the different lake hamlets such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, up to the top of Monte San Primo, reachable with a dense network of paths and itineraries for lovers of trekking and nature. Finally, Bellagio is well connected by boat to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como.
