The house is part of one of the first houses in the medieval village of Cervo, directly on the Aurelia, 10 meters as the crow flies from the sea. (It should be noted that the Via Aurelia, which the house overlooks, has no sidewalks in this section of the village) This is a house of 130 square meters from the 1400s with vaulted ceilings of over 5 meters, furnished with care and elegance. The house consists of a large living room on the ground floor with bathroom (and shower) and kitchenette. Upstairs another bathroom (with shower), bedroom with 2 single beds, a sitting room with TV and sofa bed and a double bedroom. The house is dedicated to true amateurs both in the urban context of Cervo, where classical music concerts take place throughout the summer, and in an architectural and marine context that differs greatly from the rest of Liguria. There is air conditioning in the main bedroom and fans in the other bedrooms. There is no WI-FI; the internet lines do not reach the ancient village. The house is 15 counted steps from the beach but also on a path that climbs immediately into the medieval village of Cervo.
Hello everyone! I am Pietro and I am the owner, together with my family, of the house in the medieval village of Cervo. We would love you to come and stay and enjoy this incredible house that we have owned since 1970 but over 500 years old. It is our house by the sea that we usually use during the winter and spring but since I love to travel and discover the world during the summer we leave the house available to people who want to discover this incredible Borgo. We live in Turin, therefore check-in, check-out and any needs on site will be managed by one of our contact persons. For anything else I will be at your complete disposal.
Cervo is Cervo, one of the 20 most beautiful villages in Italy, overlooking the sea from which the house is about 15 meters away, perhaps less ....
