With short journeys it is possible to visit nearby places known as Sauze d'Oulx, Sansicario, Claviere and Montgenèvre. Located on the first floor in a typical mountain residential complex without a lift, the apartment opens directly onto a living area where you will find a kitchen, a sofa bed, a television and a dining table. From here you access a terrace overlooking the mountains where you can hang out your laundry. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, gas stove, pots, pans, crockery and everything you may need to prepare and eat meals. A maximum of 5 guests can stay in the apartment: in addition to the sofa bed in the living room, in the bedroom there are two bunk beds and a wardrobe. Finally you will find a bathroom complete with sanitary fixtures, shower and washing machine that can be used during your stay. Bedroom and bathroom linen is provided by us and is included in the price. The house is equipped with independent heating. The apartment has a covered parking space and a ski storage room. There is also free parking outside. Pets are allowed for a surcharge. The house is equipped with Self Check-in, so you can manage your arrival freely and independently. We provide check-in service by our professional staff: he or she will contact you to arrange the arrival time, show you the house and hand over the keys. You can contact them or us directly for any information or need. We will be at your disposal during your stay. Bedroom and bathroom linen is provided by us and included in the price. Check out will normally be carried out by 10 am. ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of tax receipt so if you are traveling for work, before booking our apartment, check that you can use the Booking booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) The municipality of Sestriere provides for a tourist tax of 1 euro per night per person for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights. The tax will be requested in the following periods: - Winter period from 1 December to 30 April and for the summer period from 1 July to 31 August each year. Children under 12 years of age are exempt from paying the tax. 2) Additional people compared to those declared: we usually ask for 10 euros per night for each additional person. 3) Animals: we usually accept small/medium sized animals and ask for 5 euros per night for each animal. 4) Check-in and check-out outside the permitted times is often permitted, by prior agreement and paying an extra cost of 30 euros to the person who will take care of the check-in (8-9pm, early check-ins before 3pm), for later times, if it is possible for us to organize, the figure could be higher.
