The house is located in the center of La Spezia, the second largest city in Liguria, a 5-minute walk from the Spezia Centrale station and within walking distance of all services. La Spezia is 8 km from Portovenere and 12 km from Lerici, pearls of the Gulf of Poets. Also not far from the Cinque Terre which can be reached by train in a few minutes. The location very close to the border with Tuscany allows you to reach Forte dei Marmi and Versilia in less than an hour. FREE WIFI. The apartment is located on the first floor of five in a building without a lift. At the entrance you will find a corridor that leads to the living room, equipped with two sofas, a TV and a dining table. A French door makes the environment fresh and bright and provides access to the first balcony of the house. The kitchen is equipped with fridge and freezer, induction hob, electric oven, microwave oven, an Italian coffee maker ( Moka), kitchen utensils and crockery. In the apartment there are two bedrooms: the first with a double bed, a wardrobe, bedside tables and a chest of drawers and an access to the second balcony of the house. In the second bedroom you will find a second double bed, bedside tables, lamps and a chest of drawers where you will find an iron and a hairdryer. In the apartment there is also a washing machine that can be used during the stay, as well as a clothes horse, iron and ironing board. Finally, there is an elegant bathroom complete with toilet and shower. Air conditioning is not available, but you can use fans during your stay. For the winter months, the heating is autonomous with radiators. The house does not have private parking, but there are paid public car parks nearby. The linen is hired from a specialized company and supplied by us according to the number of people in the booking and is included in the price. For rubbish, you will have access to the bins under the building. Pets are not allowed.

POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL COSTS: City tax The municipality of La Spezia, from 01/03 to 31/10, applies a tourist tax of 2.50 euros per day per person aged 16 and over (up to 5 nights), which will be collected separately. Additional persons to those declared: we usually request 10 euros per night for each additional person. Check-in and check-out outside the permitted hours is often allowed, with prior agreement and with an extra cost of 30 euros for the person who will take care of the check-in (from 18:00 to 21:00, early check-ins before 15:00), for later times, if possible to organize ourselves, the figure could be higher.

Passing through the village of Cadimare you can reach the beautiful Portovenere, which can also be reached by sea. As well as the island of Palmaria, the largest in the archipelago of La Spezia. Moving towards the Tuscan border, you will still find wonderful places such as Lerici and San Terenzo, Sarzana up to Versilia, with Forte dei Marmi reachable in less than an hour by car.
