CasaViva - Le Vele di Angela is located near the Walls of Malapaga, in the Molo district. This location of ancient charm (according to historians this was one of the areas that hosted the first settlements of the city), was made famous in 1949 by the homonymous film with which the French director René Clément triumphed at the Cannes Film Festival and at the Academy Awards. Today the area, which is located close to the Porto Antico and a few minutes from the historic center, is famous for hosting old historic shops, trattorias, quality restaurants and pubs. The area where the apartment is located is restricted to traffic. For those arriving by car, discounted parking is available at the Ponte Morosini pier in the Porto Antico.
