The 35 sqm room is located on the second floor of a building with elevator (there are some steps to access it). It has two single beds that can be joined into a double bed, a sofa bed, wardrobe, desk and 50 "TV. There is also a mini fridge, an electric kettle and a coffee machine. The toilet is equipped with a sink, hairdryer, bidet and wc. The balcony is equipped with table and chairs x2. Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, air conditioning, indipendent heating, video intercom, mosquito nets, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

The room is located in an excellent position: in 10 minutes on foot you can easily reach the historic center, an ideal starting point for exploring the city and all the points of interest, such as the renowned raw fish market.
