Great location, very close to the metro station Ottaviano, St. Peter Basilica and the Vatican Museums. In the evening You can go in the almost empty St. Peter Squere or in the early morning to the Basilica without the queue. Lots of grocery stores, and restaurants around. Mercato Trionfale just 400 m from the apartment. The building is tidy, elevator to the upper floor. The apartment has a coffee machine, toaster, stove, fresh towels; comfortable beds, heating. Nice view from the roof, it's a pity that only technical functions. Great contact with the owner Francesca, a very nice and responsive person.

Everything perfect. We were welcommed very friendly by Giovanni (Thanks a lot). He was waiting for us and during all our stay he was available for us on WhatsApp. He also adviced us about restaurants, transportation, places wotth to visit etc

close to Vatican. Metro was close, but I like to walk, so it was a bit far for me. second bedroom was to be used as a sitting room, but as we needed 2 bedrooms, we had to sit in the very small kitchen. Not a big deal if you are 2 people and out all day.

A very comfortable, spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean apartment in an ideal location to explore this wonderful city - very close to the Vatican and a Metro station (both barely five minutes walk away) and easy to access other tourist attractions such as the Centro Storico (Spanish Streps, Pantheon and Piazza Novana etc) and the Colosseum. Pre arrival communications were excellent with full directions supplied and a couple of messages on the day of arrival checking our progress, and Giovanni met us at the apartment to let us in and was friendly and courteous in explaining everything. A super touch was the excellent large map on the wall with annotations showing where things were in Rome and the Metro lines. Excellent value! Many thanks to Giovanni and Francesca.
