The Olive Tree House is a detached house of the 20th century with a lovely garden and a flowery pergola under which you ‘ll find a spacious table and chairs for a meal or a pleasant reading. The private room with ensuite bathroom is located on the first (and last) floor: the OLIVE TREE ROOM has a double bed (mattress 160x190 cm, thickness 23 cm, anti-mite), double pillow and sanitized white bed lines. A modern wood-effect floor, an exposed wardrobe with hanging for your stuff, towels, books. The private ensuite bathroom is convenient, especially during the night. It is tight by day, di giorno, with a vintage touch. White and blue tiles, and everything you need to ensure comfort and privacy. Back to the ground floor, you will find the living room, that will welcome you with its comfortable sofa and a rustic fireplace: the perfect place to watch TV, reading or listening to a good CD. Finally, the small kitchen, perfect for preparing breakfast or a small meal. In this house, during your stay, there will be no other guests. The village of Sartirana (Merate) is old but very charming. It is made up of old low houses (usually with gardens), a bakery, a well-stocked grocery store, a quaint bar. At the corner of the house, you will find the little lake of Sartirana (a natural reserve), where you can have a relaxing walk or you can go for a run. Merate in well located in Brianza. Closed to Milan (35 km), to the lake of Como to airports, to the mountain and to the River Adda which flows in the nearby. Merate has nice restaurants, coffee house, supermarket and beautiful shops.
