Orma Design Rooms is located in the city center of Cagliari, in an ideal location to visit the city, just few steps from the port and the train station. It ha been completely restored and renovated recovering and enhancing the architectural elements of the past, such as the beautiful exposed stone, the arches and the historic cement tiles. The 6 rooms of the Orma Design Rooms are tastefully furnished, comfortable and elegant. The property is not an hotel and has no reception, so we need our guests to get in touch with us before their arrival to receive the useful information for self check in in time. Booking Orma Design Rooms you will have a room with private bathroom and free access to the common area with the lounge where you will find a microwave, a coffee machine, a kettle, a fridge and a large social table. Remember that Orma Design Rooms is not an hotel. Entrance is automated with code. Before your arrival we'd need you contact us to send your personal datas and to receive the useful information for your self check in. The linen (sheets and towels) is included for each guest and is sanitized and sanitized. But remember that there is no intermediate cleaning during your stay. From the first of July 2021 the Municipality of Cagliari ask for the City Tax (1,50 per person per night) which is due to paid by the guests who sleep in Cagliari. City Tax can be paid by cash at check out time.

Orma Design Rooms is located in the historic center, a short walk from the port and the train station as well as one of the most important squares in Cagliari and the two known pedestrian streets. Orma Design Rooms is located in the "Stampace" district, from here you can easily visit the entire historic center of Cagliari by foot. Around the house, you will find plenty of cafes and restaurants. We refer you to our detailed guide that you will find inside the property, for the choice of the recommended places in reference to the favorite food. In addition to the many bars, you will have a supermarket, a pharmacy and several banks within a few meters. The property is located in the historic center. From here you can walk and visit the 4 historic districts of the city in a few minutes: Marina, Castello, Villanova and Stampace. If you arrive by car, you can park it on the street in the blue fee line or if you are lucky, park it in the free white parking spaces. Next to the train station there is a guarded outdoor parking lot.
