최상의 청결, 기능적으로 편리하고 세심한 부분까지 관리되고 있습니다. 호텔의 모든 직원이 친절하고 5성급 서비스와 시설을 갖춘것 같습니다. 웰컴 드링크로 제공받은 프로세코와 레모네이드의 맛이 좋았고, 치즈와 햄이 같이 제공되었습니다. 조식도 좋았어요. pralongia의 뷰를 아주 가까이에서 볼 수 있으며, 도보로 10분 거리에 있는 케이블카를 타고 올라가면 전망대에서 pralongia를 더욱 가까이에서 볼 수 있습니다. corvara에서도 가깝고 (차로 15분 이내) 싸소룽고를 다녀오기 좋은 위치입니다. 관광객이 많아서 번잡한 corvara보다 한적하고, 예쁜 마을에 위치해 있으며 근처에 맛있는 식당도 많아요. 호텔 뒷쪽으로 시냇물이 흐르는데 시냇물 건너에 당나귀 네마리가 살고 있습니다. 우리가 묵은 방에서 당나귀를 볼 수 있었어요. 호텔 주변에서 산을 구경하며 매일 산책을 즐겼습니다. 지하 1층 공용공간에 세제가 자동으로 공급되는 밀레 세탁기와, 건조 속도가 빠른 밀레 건조기가 있습니다. 둘다 리셉션에서 토큰을 받아서 이용하면 되고, 체크아웃시 비용을 지불해야 됩니다.

직원들이 굉장히 친절하고 항상 우리 가족을 웃으며 응대해 주었다. 하프보드여서 조식과 저녁식사를 했는데, 정성스럽게 음식을 만들어 주었음. 음식이 조금 짜다고 했더니, 다른음식하나를 주었음. 저녁먹을때 먹다 남은 음료나 물을 보관했다가 다음날 저녁에 주는 것도 인상적임.
