The 60 sqm apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building with elevator, but you have to climb steps to reach it. You also have to climb stairs to reach the attic. PLEASE NOTE: There's a common garden, while the attic is shared. At the moment you can't access to the garage with your car (due to works) but you can make use of it as a storage room for bikes and skiing equipment.
