This apartment is smoke and pet free. A/C and heat are offered according to local laws and weather conditions. In Rome, the apartment can be kept at 24°C in the summer months and 21°C during the winter months for a maximum of 10 hours between 05:00 and 23:00. Please pack accordingly! *Every guest must be registered with the local authorities as required by Paragraph 109 of R.D. 18.6.1931 n. 773. To satisfy this requirement, all guests are required to provide any requested passport details via a secure link at least 24-hours prior to arrival. Neighborhood Highlights Just outside of the door, in a cobblestone street yet in the center of it all, you are never far from a restaurant, tourist attraction, public transportation, and nevertheless a history lesson! Trastevere is a young and hip area of the town and well connected and within walking distance to the historical center. There is a lot of movement at all hours of the day, so the area certainly is not for light sleepers! After a long day of sightseeing, you can easily return to the apartment for a power nap and to freshen up and then hit one of the many local restaurants for an ‘aperitivo’ followed by dinner. If you are up for a night out, the apartment is in Trastevere but just across the river is Campo dè Fiori and an area called Testaccio, an oftentimes overlooked area by tourists. Being a lively neighborhood, this apartment is not recommended for light sleepers!
