Very central apartment located in the main square of San Gimignano, right in the middle of the historic centre, with views of the Duomo. This is an excellent location as you'll have all services at your doorstep: chemist, cafés, restaurants, groceries, museums, tourist office.. The apartment lies on the 2nd floor of a historical building (there are 35 steps to climb) and it consists of: 1 bedroom with a double bed 160x190cm, a cozy living room furnished with dining table, chairs, two armchairs and a flat-screen Smart TV (it is possible to connect with your own Amazon Prime or Netflix account), an equipped kitchen with four burners hob, espresso coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, bathroom with bathtub/shower. A room outside the apartment, downstairs (1st floor) is used as a storage room/bike storage. We also provide an iron and ironing board, there is free Wi-Fi and an air conditioner (window a/c unit) has been recently added. Heating is centralized. In addition, you will find a welcome basket in the kitchen, so that you can easily settle in even if you arrive late. For all practical info about the apartment, recommended restaurants, useful numbers etc. you can always have a look at the visitors' book. Pets are not allowed.

Guests have access to the entire apartment. We have the self check-in so that you can arrive when it's more convenient for you, starting from 3pm. We offer all our guests free assistance in booking many exciting activities in the surroundings: Spa with indoor and outdoor heated pool, cooking classes, wine and olive oil tastings, trekking with environmental guide, visits to a farm with animals, truffle hunting, e-bike tours, horseback riding, hot air balloon flights, helicopter flights.. and so much more! Guests have access to the entire apartment. Upon request it is possible to drive till the front door of the building. How to do it: Keep in touch with us one/two days before your arrival and we will send you a copy. The permit must be printed and put it on the dashboard of your car, together with the parking disk. On the permit you will also find the indications regarding how to drive in the city centre, up to Piazza Delle Erbe. The maximum allowed stop is 20 minutes, after which you will have to move the car outside the city walls. We recommend P3 Bagnaia to those looking for video-monitored parking (Euro 15,00/day) or Via Cappelletti to those looking for free parking (if you opt for this one, check the sign relating to street sweeping day). Anyway both are 700 mt from the apartment, about 10 minutes on foot.
