The attic is located in a central position, in a wonderful tree-lined avenue that has all the services and shops, a short walk from the beaches, close to the bike path, and the pedestrian area where the Ariston Theatre, the Casino and the shopping street are located. A/C, heating and wi-fi. I love kids but the features of the apartment are not ideal for younger guests, however we can always talk about it and find a solution: write me!

The apartment is located in the center, the street is full of shops for any need. The supermarket and grocery stores, fruits and vegetables are within walking distance, as well as the pharmacy and parking. I provide you with coffee and tea but in the surroundings there are bars and pastry shops where you can have great breakfasts. You can choose to walk along the cycle path by the sea, along the seafront in the city or in the shopping streets where you will also find the casino and the Ariston theater where every year the Song Festival, concerts and theatrical performances take place. You can decide to visit the Pigna, the old town, the beautiful Co-cathedral of San Siro and at the end make a bet at the Casino. The beaches are all within walking distance.
