It is located in an elevated position on the Bergeggi hill and enjoys an enchanting view of the sea and the Marine Protected Area of ​​the Island of Bergeggi. These are 3 apartments located in a villa with minimal architecture, newly built, with a shared and unheated swimming pool. The sea is about 1 km along the road and can be reached by car in 5 minutes. The swimming pool and solarium are shared between the 3 apartments of the structure. The solarium is organized in 3 spaced areas, each accommodation has a dedicated area. The swimming pool is subject to internal regulations to read and to respect it. The one bedroom apartment is located on the pool level, the two bedroom apartment on the mezzanine floor, the penthouse apartment on the top floor of the villa. Each apartment has got also a private little garden sea view. There is a play area for children on the pool level. It is possible to park one car inside the property per reservation reserved for the one bedroom apartment and the two bedroom apartment; the apartment on the attic floor will have guaranteed parking outside the building if both are occupied internally (for details, ask the host). Please note that the area near the villa does not present particular problems of finding parking even during the summer season. The property offers free WiFi and is equipped with a lift to service all floors which gives direct access to each accommodation. Each accommodation is pleasantly furnished and has large internal livable spaces overlooking the sea.
