Our attic apartment is located on the 4th and top floor of an elegant building. The building does NOT have a lift. The flat is very cosy, bright, sparkling, youthful, with attention to detail and colour. Approximately 55 square metres, it presents - an open-plan living area, but with cosy, well-distributed spaces, - a relaxation area with a sofa, which can become an additional bed if necessary, a smart television and a decorative fireplace, - a corner kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare meals - a single bathroom with shower, - a sleeping area, separated from the rest of the room by two access doors, and with a separating wardrobe between the double bed and the single bed, making the sleeping space more intimate. There is a lovely outdoor terrace, also equipped with a sunshade awning, which offers an enchanting view of the neighbourhood and becomes an ideal setting for moments of relaxation. The condominium is enriched by a courtyard with private access and closed by a gate, where it is possible to store a bicycle. Please note that there is a fireplace in the living area, but it is only decorative and cannot be used during the stay. Please also note that as this is a top-floor attic flat with no lift, there will be flights of stairs to access the rental and areas within the flat where the roof is lower.

The Veronetta district is one of Verona's oldest boroughs; it is lively and full of shops, small bars and taverns. Given the extreme proximity to the historical centre and the parking problems in the area, walking by bus or bicycle is recommended. The house is in a stategic position for the ones who want to visit Verona or have to go to the university area: from Piazza Bra / Arena 1.5 km (15 minutes on foot) We recommend moving without a car through the streets of the centre, parking at the Saba Isolo h24 pay car park. Numerous city service lines in the neighborhood.
