Villa 10 minutes by car from Palermo, surrounded by greenery, quiet and peaceful, quickly reachable thanks to a very fluid state road and almost always free of traffic. Outside there are large furnished spaces to relax, have lunch or tan. Ample parking where you can safely park motorcycles and cars, thanks to the video surveillance system. The parking is private fenced and inside the property. The 75sqm apartment is located in the basement, but it is very bright thanks to a glass-cement wall from where a lot of light enters. To reach it, it will be enough to go down a few steps. Inside you will find a double bed, a very comfortable sofa with peninsula and according to reservations 2 single beds to rest your children, friends etc. The kitchen has a fridge, oven, table with 6 chairs and dishwasher (the washing machine is located outside in a second bathroom). A cool environment even on the hottest days.

I am at my first experience in this area, my friends call me friendly and always available. I like to have guests at home and make them feel comfortable.
