Only a 1-minute stroll from JR Miwa Station, the 100-years-old Japanese-style hotel Taishoro is situated near Nara’s historical area. The Ryokan features a hot public bath, rooms in classic Japanese style, and free WiFi in some rooms. Ryokan Taishoro is a 15-minute drive away from Hasedera Temple and a 15-minute drive from Shorinji Temple. Omiwa Shrine is a 5-minute walk away. The starting point of the Yamanobe Road is a 10-minute walk from the property. JR Nara Station can be reached with a 30-minute train ride. The air-conditioned rooms feature tatami (woven-straw) flooring and traditional futon bedding. They are fitted with an LCD TV, a safe and complimentary green tea.
