I am a kind person, especially to my guests. I am open to any query about the accommodation and I will be available if the guests need me during their check-in. I keep my place clean and peaceful and I can provide anything the guests need.

This studio apartment is on the ground floor, very spacious, and everything is private. It is a 3-minute walk from Dongguk University Seoul, therefore, there are lots of cafes, restaurants, hospitals, stores, and pharmacies. It is a 4 minute walk from nearest subway station (chungmuro station exit 3). It is attached to the tourist attraction-Namsangol Hanok village. It is also a 13-minute walk from Myeong-dong Street and DDP. The Namsan Tower is a 20-minute walk. We can accommodate luggage (in a separate designated place nearby this house) for the guests before their check-in and after their check-out for one day for free. All household items are available and we can provide anything a guest needs. Free coffee and Netflix are available. We provide free clothes drying facility for the guests staying for 10 nights or more. We can provide disposable bedding sets, so sensitive people will not have any problems. The guests can ask anything about the property and location, we will respond within 10 minutes. If the guests can inform us about their expected arrival time to this accommodation, we can assist them during their check in.
