Apartments "Preilos perliukas" is located in the unique complex of traditional Neringa's architecture holiday buildings "Preilos perlas". Apartments are surrounded by forest on one side, and "Kuršių Marios" lagoon on the other. The complex area is fenced, landscaped, and equipped with lighting. Here you can find a private car parking area and bicycle storage stands for the apartments. The vast majority of the area is made up of a green area. The lagoon view from the terrace creates a feeling of tranquility and relaxation. The feeling of exclusivity is reinforced by a carefully restored house in the recreation complex - the first private hotel in Preila. Despite wooden, traditional facade decoration, wooden windows and shutters, the apartments are modernly equipped with an efficient heating and air conditioning systems, decorated with high quality materials. For example: flooring made of solid oak flooring, worktops and sinks made of liquid marble, stairs made of hardwood. The apartment has everything you might need for a relaxing family stay: from induction hob to dishwasher, from refrigerator to washing machine.
A few steps from the apartment for your convenience, you will find private parking spaces, with remote controlled gates. The location of the apartments is particularly convenient: just 100m. to the local restaurant, 200m. to local grocery store, 300m. to the bus stop. Nida is only 8km away. It's convenient to reach Nida by bicycle, bus or car, but it is always a pleasure to go back to the oasis of peace "Preilos Perliukas".
