Hi! We are Marin & Maja, a couple from Budva, Montenegro. We are hosts of Sun ‘n’ Sea Apartments and we are thrilled to welcome guests from around the world. We both enjoy connecting with new people, sharing a stories and we’re happy to help to explore Budva and its surroundings. Sun 'n' Sea Apartments are located in Budva, in a peaceful neighborhood, and only 10 minutes’ walk from Budva Old Town. The apartments are nice and cozy, modern equipped with all necessary amenities, appropriate for comfortable vacation. Each apartment has a terrace with nice view. Our property has 4 floors and each floor is accessible by stairs only. Starting from May till end of October our guests can enjoy in the pool area. The outdoor swimming pool is located on the first floor. It is equipped with sunbeds, sun umbrellas, shower and toilet. Opening hours: every day from 10 AM (10.00h) till 8 PM (20.00h). We have outdoor private parking in front of the building, free of charge for our guest.

The whole neighborhood and surrounding is very quiet at night and still very close to all major happenings in the town. Only ten minutes walk from Budva Old Town, as well as there are few beaches nearby: Mogren, Slovenska, Richardova and Town beach. There is shop twenty meters from the apartment. Apart from regular things, it has vegetables and fruits as well. The regional BUS station is just three - four hundred meters away and international is ~ one km from the apartment. If any of the guests is in need for transportation to/from airport (Tivat, Podgorica, Dudrovnik) we can organize it, so that taxi driver can drive guests directly from/to the location at cheapest possible price.
