The photos are not the current photos of the apartment, as the unit is still unit is being equipped. The decor and furnishings will closely resemble those seen in these photos. Please note that the contiguous area is a fast-growing area, therefore know that there could be construction nearby. Late check-in after 9 pm is available upon request for 500 MXN. Your ETA & IDs (mandatory) should be sent to us within at least a week prior to your check-in date or upon booking confirmation. There is no daily housekeeping service, but if you’d like to arrange cleaning during your stay, one can be arranged at an additional charge. For stays of 7 nights or more, there is a mandatory weekly cleaning. The resort requires identification for all the persons staying in the home at least 7 days prior to arrival. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. For security purposes and to prevent fraudulent credit card transactions, we will request that the guest upload a selfie picture holding a Government Photo-ID matching the name on the credit card used to make the reservation.
