So we get the best of 2 worlds (beach and the restaurants/shops of 5th Avenue) while located in the best & calm residential neighborhood in Playa. Our condo is perfect for couples or families, as it is very spacious and fully equipped. You can also have a great time in the rooftop pool area with fantastic views of Playa and the ocean. Also, we have 2.5 bathrooms in the condo, so families or couples can be very comfortable. Due to our location, you can decide whether you want to walk everywhere or use your car (with our comfortable indoor private parking). You can either stay without driving for days or move around easily to all the nearby sites.

We are a family of 5, with 3 girls aged between 8 and 14. We live in Madrid in Spain. We love Cancun and the Riviera Maya and have been vacationing there for the last 15 years. We love having a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the afternoon either at the terrace of our Cancun condo or a the roof-top pool at Playa. Also, a day trip to stunning Isla Mujeres from Cancun or Cozumel from Playa are some of our most recommended activities. We are sure you will enjoy them as well.

This is a very calm and residential area, located just 2 blocks away from the beach and 2 blocks from 5th Avenue. So you get the best of Playa without the hassle of a busy street or area. The best buildings in Playa are in this neighborhood, due to its great location. You have supermarkets, restaurants, shops and bars within an easy 3-5 minute walk.
