Enjoy the view and quiet atmosphere from behind the spacious windows or by using the terrace.

Here you will find lovely parks, an amazing zoo, as well as a wealth of museums in the fields of art, science and history. A vibrant nightlife, with hip cafes, excellent restaurants and famous theaters. And all this in a green neighborhood where it is good to live, work and play. With the rest of the city within walking distance! In the midst of all this beauty, my houseboat is located in a quiet canal, from where you look out through the wide windows on the beautiful facades of historic canal houses, occasionally interrupted by quietly gliding boats with enjoying people experiencing the city from the water.
