I am 31 years old and have lived in Oslo all my life. I own several companies and have around 40 employees. I am the general manager of a software company, and actively engage in letting. I have been in the rental business for about 10 years and rent out several apartments in Oslo. I am also a qualified real estate agent. My goal is always to get top score. I do that by always being available and making sure the apartments are clean and nice. If different situations arise, there is always a good solution if you have open and honest communication. I love working with people and am very service oriented. I am very accessible and it is important for me to respond quickly and help. Otherwise, I am an open person who says things as they are. I like to have clear and open guidelines, and mutual respect is important to me.

The apartment is located in the center of Oslo, only a few min from Oslo Central Station. In the neighbourhood you have lots of well-known restaurants, bars, sky bars, shopping, the Opera, Bjørvika, sandy beach, Sørenga, Aker Brygge and more! The apartment stands out with a ceiling height of over 4 m, which makes the apartment feel airy and large. This is perfect for those who want to live centrally.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located in the middle of Oslo, where you can walk to everything. The apartment was built in 2007, and much of the neighbourhood was built after that. Bjørvika and Sørenga are right outside the apartment, where there are a number of restaurants, bars, shopping opportunities and a sand beach. The apartment is super central and you can walk to almost everything. Less than 5 minutes' walk to Oslo Central Station, where you will find trains, subways, buses and trams. All subways and trains stop at Oslo S. Oslo bus terminal is a 2-minute walk from the apartment.
