Central Wanaka Villa is a quirky Apartment located a short 500m stroll from Downtown Wanaka. Tucked away in a quiet street this lovely property will be a terrific base for your stay in our idyllic town. Downstairs you will find the open plan living, dining and lounge area, heated by an efficient heat pump. Though the ranch slider you will be able to enjoy a secluded courtyard with outdoor seating and BBQ for the summer months. The kitchen is generously equipped with all you need to make catering a breeze. Upstairs boasts 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The bedding configurations are Queen and the second room conveniently offering either a King or twin option, depending on your requirements. The bathroom, has a gas heated large shower, perfect for after your day on the ski field or adventuring on bike or foot. There is a fantastic collection of artworks and decorative items from around the world to enjoy and make you feel totally at home. Central Wanaka Villa is positioned directly adjacent to Villa 62 which is also managed by Wanaka Selection. You will have the option of accommodating 2 families together but each with their own privacy in these lovely apartments.
