Credit card details and an authority to charge are required as a bond prior to the commencement of your stay. The cardholder/payee is responsible for leaving the property neat & tidy & its chattels, furnishings & grounds in the condition found at arrival. By proceeding with this booking, you authorise the Accommodation Provider to charge the credit card provided at time of the booking for the fair cost of unavailability, replacement, repair or services required to restore the property, its chattels, furnishings or grounds to the condition found at arrival, where it can be established that such issues arose in the course of your stay & where these issues cannot be attributed to fair wear & tear. The Accommodation Provider may seek affirmation of your agreement with this policy and re-submission of card details where necessary.

Gorgeous Ocean Views & Deck-top Spa! Great value & a special experience for honeymooners, small families or small groups of travelling friends. Please note that access is via a steep but safe driveway; The bedrooms are fitted with shade blinds/screens. These reduce light but do not block it. The Master loft bedroom is screened from the living area below but is partially open to this space (as shown in photos).; There is just one car park available at this holiday home. If you have an additional vehicle this will need to be parked below on Atawhai Drive.; While this holiday home is elevated & well set-back from the main road & far from the port, Nelson's waterfront areas can be busy & all properties within these areas may be subject to some road & port noise.; Use of the spa is not permitted after 10 pm due to local regulations & the proximity of neighbouring properties that may be affected by noise.; This home has stairs between the car port, loft level and the main level with its living areas, bathroom & second bedroom.

Atawhai is a beautiful, sunny North facing seaside suburb. 5 minutes drive / 10 minutes bike / 30 minutes walk to Nelson City Centre. Bus stop 50m away on Atawhai Drive. Miyazu Reserve & Garden, Skate Park nearby, Neale Park, McGlashens Brewery Founders Park, Four Square, Fish n' Chips, Sprig & Fern, Queens Gardens Centre of New Zealand close by. Kayak or Paddle Board on the Haven at full tide.
