At this Pauanui holiday home, you will find 3 generously sized bedrooms. Located upstairs, all bedrooms are tastefully decorated. Two of the rooms are fitted with queen beds, while the third bedroom includes 2 single beds. The master bedroom has an ensuite in addition to a private balcony for easy indoor/outdoor living. Downstairs, this Pauanui accommodation has a spacious open plan kitchen, living, and dining area that flows easily onto the patio... On lazy summer evenings, fire up the BBQ and enjoy al fresco living! Enjoy the spacious at this gated community, nestled amongst forest covered hills with spectacular wetlands and the prestigious golf course... Even the non-golfers will enjoy the quiet seclusion and privacy here. The Sports Complex is a 5 minute walk from the Villa. Please note, the gym is only for people 16 years or over. The heated pool is unavailable between Anzac weekend and Labour Weekend. Guests cannot walk on the golf course paths unless playing...

Abel Tasman National Park is the smallest National Park in New Zealand, but it is one of the most scenic. Abel Tasman boasts pristine white sandy beaches, tranquil estuaries and wonderful forested headlands. The Coastal Track is world famous, and visitors can choose to explore it on their own, or with a guide. Other ways to explore the coastline include sea kayaking, yacht, or water taxis. At the southern entrance to Abel Tasman National Park there is fantastic opportunity for visitors to swim with seals.
