Credit card details and an authority to charge are required as a bond prior to the commencement of your stay. The cardholder/payee is responsible for leaving the property neat & tidy & its chattels, furnishings & grounds in the condition found at arrival. By proceeding with this booking, you authorise the Accommodation Provider to charge the credit card provided at time of the booking for the fair cost of unavailability, replacement, repair or services required to restore the property, its chattels, furnishings or grounds to the condition found at arrival, where it can be established that such issues arose in the course of your stay & where these issues cannot be attributed to fair wear & tear. The Accommodation Provider may seek affirmation of your agreement with this policy and re-submission of card details where necessary.

As part of the check-in procedure, you will need to provide contact & other details and agree to abide by the Body Corporate rules for the purposes of Health and Safety, building operations and the quiet enjoyment of all. Please feel free to request these documents if you’d like to view these before your arrival. Swimming Pool - Please note that the main swimming pool is closed between Easter (end of school holidays) and Labour weekend. The Spa pool will still be available all through Winter. These facilities are open between 7am and 9pm daily (use is not permitted outside of these times). Car parking - One carpark is provided within the secure garaging of the complex. Elevator access - Easy elevator access if provided. Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm or from noon where the option of early check-in has been purchased. Please try to arrive during business hours where possible (our team are available 7 days a week as late as 8pm). Late arrivals after 8pm are available by agreement only. An additional charge of NZD50.00 will apply.
