The unit is located on the 16th Floor facing Marikina with lots of view which is perfect for watching the fireworks during New Year's Eve. It's actually located within the vicinity of a shopping mall called Sta. Lucia East Mall just beside Robinsons Mall which is safe. My place is close to public transport, the city centre, and nightlife. You’ll love my place because of the location, the coziness, the views, and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.
I love traveling and visiting my relatives especially my sister in New York. New York is one of my favorite destination. There's so much things to see and do. As the title of the song by Depeche Mode, "Just Can't Get Enough". I love the food especially chinese food at Flushing which is a bit different from what we get here in Sydney. Shows in Broadway are interesting and always something new every time I visit. Also, checking out a basketball game at Madison Square Garden where the Knickerbockers are playing a home game. I am based here in Sydney, Australia and my Sister(Imelda)will look after you the whole duration of your stay if you need some help and directions. The condominium apartment unit is located in the border of Marikina City facing Marcos Highway which is really convenient and safe(the condominium apartment is actually located within the vicinity of Sta. Lucia Grand East Mall) if you're going to Cubao(Quezon City), Recto(Manila City) using Grab, Uber, Taxis, Jeepneys and MRT/LRT(Trains). MRT/LRT Trains are in operation now and running both directions between Masinag(Antipolo) Station and Recto Terminal Station. Also an easy ride to Ortigas Avenue if you're going to Pasig City. There is lots of Supermarkets around the area for your grocery needs and 24 Hour Mart. For a taste of Filipino dishes, there is a restaurant called Syudad By Barrio Fiesta located at Q Plaza just across the road. There lots of ways to navigate the neighborhood and the city in general either by Grab, Uber, Taxis, Jeepneys, Buses and MRT/LRT(Trains) and just like a walk in the park. MRT/LRT Trains are in operation now and running both directions between Masinag(Antipolo) Station & Recto Terminal Station.
