Forget your worries in this spacious and serene tropical garden villa only minutes from the Samal ferry terminal. Enjoy the lush gardens as you relax with your friends and family on the front porch. You will love the modern convenience of this beautiful, gated home, with 3 BR, TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a spacious kitchen indoors and 2nd kitchen outdoors. 2 of the bedrooms offer luxurious queen size beds. There are plenty of beds to accommodate all in your group. Beach access is by day pass to any of our partner beach resorts. This villa is an inland resort with no direct entrance to the beaches, but it is only a 3 minute tricycle ride to the beautiful beaches of our partner resorts.

The villa is located in a safe and charming neighborhood of friendly foreign expats who have come to live in the Philippines. The owners of the villa are themselves Italian and Filipina and have returned to Italy to be close to family. It is recommended to bring your own cars for your group. Though there are no taxis on Samal Island, it's very easy to hire a tricycle at the ferry terminal and in a few minutes arrive at the villa, if you can provide the driver directions where to go. Because many of the roads are unnamed on the island, our cohost will be there to meet you and escort you to the villa for a smooth check in.
