There is also access to a furnished balcony - a green table and two chairs create a friendly place to drink coffee or eat a snack outdoors overlooking the cityscape. The apartment is located on the sixth floor of the building and is designed for four people. In the bedroom there is a large and comfortable double bed and a very capacious closet for storing shoes, clothes and other brought items. In the bathroom, guests can use a threshold-free shower, a hair dryer and a washer-dryer. The practically equipped kitchenette is decorated in a green color scheme. Among other things, an oven, kettle and capsule coffee maker are available here. Visitors can come here with their pets. Two parking spaces await motorized guests - one is located in the garage hall, while the other is located outside.

It takes 8-13 minutes to get to the gym, shooting range or swimming pool. It takes 11 minutes to reach the beach located on the river.
