Designed for four people, this apartment has been furnished in a functional way with attention to comfort. It contains one bedroom with a double bed, as well as a capacious closet, where you can store clothes and other necessary items. Next to the bed stands a stylish table, which is a variety of the room maintained in shades of elegant gray. The same color scheme dominates the practical bathroom with a shower, where guests can find a set of toiletries and a hairdryer. In the lounge area is located a dining table with chairs, a kitchenette, as well as a light brown sofa bed equipped with a comfortable chaise longue. You can sit on it to watch television in the evening or enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. The apartment is equipped with cabinets, so guests can comfortably store their belongings. The aesthetically pleasing decor is complemented by carefully matched paintings and elements of a decorative nature. A parking space in the garage hall is available to visitors. It is a very elegant, yet cozy interior, where you can relax in a pleasant atmosphere. The apartment is great for both parents traveling with their kids and couples looking for a quiet neighborhood.

This stylish building is located near the park. A 10-minute walk is enough to enjoy the beautiful greenery. A little farther away, also within the green area, there is a lovely pond, which is worth seeing if you like to spend your free time near water. There are numerous cafes and restaurants in the area, which you can visit with friends to chat and forget about your responsibilities for a while.
