​​A comfortable apartment with an area of ​​44m2 in the Apartamenty Sagaris Dziwnów complex. Guests have access to a large indoor swimming pool with a SPA area. Parking space available in the underground garage. The apartment has been prepared for a short as well as long-term stays, taking into account remote work. It consists of a living room with a kitchen of 27 m2, a bedroom (12.5 m2) and a bathroom (4.5 m2). From the living room and bedroom there is an exit to a large, covered balcony (10m2), from which there is a view of the Dziwna strait and the yacht port. The balcony has rattan garden furniture and a bicycle stand. In addition, mosquito nets have been installed in the balcony windows, thanks to which you can enjoy the pleasant coolness of the water on summer evenings, without the risk of letting insects inside. For people who like to sleep, blackout curtains have been installed in the windows. The premises have been finished to a high standard (veneer furniture, granite countertops). It has 4 comfy places to sleep, i.e. 2 beds 80x200 in the bedroom with the possibility of sliding them apart and a sofa bed in the living room 160x200 (two comfortable and flat parts, without any connectors and stitching under the back). The bedroom has a comfortable desk with an office chair for remote work (fast internet). In addition, a large custom-made wardrobe will accommodate the belongings of the whole family. The kitchen is fully equipped with good quality appliances (dishwasher 60 cm, oven with microwave function, large fridge with freezer, induction hob 60 cm and hood). It is also characterized by a large number of drawers and shelves. A large chest of drawers in the living room allows you to keep clean and hide extra things. The apartment is fully equipped with everyday appliances: washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes dryer, ladder, 2 TV sets (50" in the living room and 42" in the bedroom), capsule coffee, electric kettle, hair dryer etc.

The apartment is located on Wolin island, 70 m from the Dziwna strait and 800 m from the wide beach. The area is ideal for couples and families who like quiet areas and sports. Both the city beach in Dziwnów and the beach on Wolin island are located at a similar distance and after a few minutes' walk you are there. Even in the high season, you will not meet the crowds known from some other popular cities in Poland's seacoast. At the same time, there are many areas around for active sports. Football and basketball courts as well as a skate park are 200m away. The R10 bicycle route (road, gravel) runs right next to the apartment, and for those who prefer MTB, there are nice forest wild single tracks towards Międzywodzie or the other way to Pobierowo. After an active day or in lack of good weather, the year-round free swimming pool with the SPA zone located on level -1 is invaluable. At the same time, Dziwnów, as a small town, offers full infrastructure (a health center, smaller and larger shops and restaurants, a fishing and sailing port, cruises, a beautiful promenade on a seaside dune, a drawbridge), thanks to which no one should be bored regardless of the season.
