Very nice neighborhood in a recent residential area, quiet and peaceful, located on the left side of the river, near the city park. It has a restaurant, bakery and a small shopping center with supermarket nearby. Parking in the building. Golf course and green areas along the river are a two steps walk. Urban bus available in front on the building to historic center. Other bus stops nearby. Access to touristic bus route. 15-20 min walk to central train station.
