The property is located in Beato, one of the oldest parishes in Lisbon, with its borders protecting the riches of a world apart. It is a place of ancient farms and mansions and royal buildings, such as the Beato Convent, among the most important of Lisbon's heritage. A residential area near Santa Apolónia, it is a very calm area halfway to the city center and also to the Expo area where there is a shopping center with many international stores, cafes, and restaurants right in front of the Tagus River. In front of the shopping center, there is also a train to the rest of Portugal! Near the apartment, there are also many new restaurants, green spaces, and bike paths that connect the area of Beato to downtown.
