It has an equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, a living room and bedroom and a private area in the garden as well as a private terrace right in front of the sea overlooking the Funchal Bay and harbour. Located in the Old Town of Funchal is on a quiet street with easy and free parking . With bars and restaurants on a 4 minute walking distance our guests can easily access the city center in less then 10 minutes walking. Each Villa of the property has its own small vegetable garden that our guests love to use for their meal in the private terraces. Each Villa also has it´s own BBQ (weber). Hello, I´m Patricia wife to Andre and mother to Manuel and Joaquim. We live by the sea and love to cook and gather family and friends around the table at our house. We cultivate organic greens in our house so we can eat the best way and we believe that a good wine is always a good idea. Our kids love to to play and run around and they are always asking to travel and visit places. We are used to traveling around with them as we believe that is one of the best ways for them to grow. We do love to travel but the best part is coming back home.
