Situated on the iconic Avenida de Roma, it offers easy access to major public transportation hubs (just a 5-minute stroll from Roma Metro and a mere 2 minutes from Roma-Areeiro train station). No matter your culinary or shopping preferences, you'll discover an abundance of restaurants, shops, pastry shops, and supermarkets in the nearby vicinity. The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with elevator. It is ideal for couples or small families looking for good days out in Lisbon, in a prime area with easy access to supermarkets, restaurants and all major public transportation, including the metro (only 500 meters away!). ** Ongoing construction works in the building, with no timetable for completion. Has three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with a sofa bed. The apartment has one bathroom with shower and a powder room. The living room has a flat-screen TV and two comfortable sofas. The apartment has a dining room next to the kitchen with a table for 6. The kitchen is equipped with mini oven, kettle, toaster, microwave and filter coffee maker (coffee not included). ￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

When you add Lisbon's year-round sunny climate and its breathtaking landscapes to this tapestry, it becomes abundantly clear that Lisbon is the ideal destination for any purpose. The neighborhood where the apartment is situated is remarkably safe, clean, and family-friendly. You'll find an abundance of restaurants, pizzerias, and cozy cafes for dining, as well as several lush green parks perfect for evening strolls. With convenient access to all major public transportation options, reaching any corner of Lisbon is a breeze. The Sete Rios station, approximately a half-hour walk away, connects you to an extensive network of Expressos that can transport you to Portugal's most remarkable and unforgettable cities. If you're arriving by plane from Aeroporto de Lisboa, there are some options to get to the apartment. The cheapest way is by metro, with a trip between 20 and 30 minutes. The nearest metro station (Roma - Green Line) is just 500 meters from the apartment - 5 minutes walk. You will only need to take the metro at the airport (Red Line) and get off at Alameda, which connects to the green line and get off at Roma. If you have a rental car, please notice that there's no free parking in the area. Taxi or Uber are also possibilities to get to the apartment, but for a faster and easier arrival, book our Airport Transfer Service (subject to an extra cost). Please note that if you are traveling by car, there is a paid parking lot (Avenida de Roma Parking) which is less than 10 minutes on foot.
