Our Madeira was established in 2007 by Linda & Ricardo Dias. We have both worked in tourism all our lives, the great majority of which in Madeira, where we live. We know how important it is to find the right holiday home for your holidays, and searching through the many websites can be exhausting, time-consuming and confusing. And of course, you want to make sure you are dealing with a dependable company. Our commitment is to provide a unique, personal service, using our in-depth knowledge of Madeira (our island home) and of all the villas and apartments we feature, to assist you in making the right holiday rental choice. For some of the properties we just handle the reservations on the owner's behalf, but for others we take care of the cleaning and maintenance and we will be there to greet you on arrival at the villa. All our properties are know to us personally. Between us we have over 60 years experience in tourism, so we like to think that we know what we are doing! However we can't do it alone, so we have the help of Norberta, who will answer your enquiries and assist you in every way possible.

Surrounded by a large mature garden with an enormous heated pool, panoramic views of Funchal town and cruise harbour to the east and of the sea and the cliffs of Cabo Girão to the west, and with even a hot tub on the roof terrace, the 4-bedroom air-conditioned BelAir is a truly luxury villa in Madeira. Laid out in a split-level fashion over four floors, the open plan lounge and dining room is on the lower level and opens to the front terrace and garden. To one side is the large fully equipped kitchen and breakfast room, which also leads to the garden and swimming pool; to the other is the ground floor bedroom and adjoining shower room. The Master Bedroom with dressing area and en-suite shower room is on the first floor, alongside a second open-plan sitting/leisure area with PlayStation 4 which leads to the very large front and side terrace where you can either laze on a sunbed or contemplate the wonderful views to Funchal and the sea. Half a floor above are the last two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds) which share a Jack and Jill bathroom and have private balconies.

The nearest supermarket and café is 600m away. Under 1 Km away is the largest supermarket on the island, alongside other facilities such as a butchers, bank, pharmacy and bakery/café. Just under 1 Km away (3 minutes by car) is the shopping mall - Madeira Shopping, which has a large choice of shops, boutiques and a food hall. The centre of Funchal is 3km away and there is a frequent bus service (the bus stop is 250m away, just along the road). Taxis are very reasonable and the nearest rank is only 1Km away. There are various Lidos with access to the sea in Funchal, as well as many pebble beaches around the island. The closest Lido is and the closest pebble beach is 4 kms away. It can be reached by car or public transport. Palheiro Golf, an 18 hole, par 72 Campbell Robinson course is only 15 minutes by car. There is a another 27 hole golf course in Santo da Serra, approximately 35 minutes by car.
