At your arrival somebody of our team will be in the apartment waiting for you. We will give you all the instructions you need and some tips about the city you just need to ask. We will also help you with the luggage on the staircase. You will have our phone numbers, so if you have any problem or need any tip during your stay (restaurants, museums, etc...) we can help you.

Portas do Castelo Apartments are a set of 4 different self-catering apartments located in the historic district of Castelo / Alfama (12th century), in the miiddle of a typical Lisbon staircase. This 19th century building is situated between the castle and the cathedral, in a very quiet and peaceful area. It presents spacious apartments that combine antique and modern decor with fully equipped kitchens with all modern appliances, living room with flat-screen cable TV, bathroom, heating and Wi-Fi. You will have terraces and / or garden with outdoor equipment to enjoy a wide variety of meals.

Less than 2 minutes away is the Cathedral (12th century) and the Castle of St. George (139 BC) with the best views in the city. Nearby you will find small traditional taverns where you can enjoy traditional Portuguese food. Next door you have a pastry shop where you can take your breakfast or the Portas do Sol Restaurant where you can enjoy your breakfast or brunch with a magnificent view of the river. It also has connections to Belém or Parque das Nações in the Commerce Square 5 minutes from the apartment. There are also public transport links to everywhere. In the nearest street passes the electric 28, the most touristic of the city.
