My Portugal Experience by OCvillas was founded in 2011 in Albufeira by two members. Both with professional experience in the hotel, tourism and travel industry, feeling the need to implement new ideas and invest in the area of hospitality, the well-known Local Accommodation. It was the passion for this project that drove its growth, new investments and improvements. Some 5 million visitors come to the Algarve every year and Albufeira welcomes a large part of them in fine style. Vila Sul is a Private Condominium with swimming pool for adults and children, where we have 3 apartments in local Accomodation. We have 2 x 1 Bedroom apartment with double bed, a double sofa-bed in the living room, a bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen. One apartment it's on the ground floor and the other on the first floor, with capacity for 4 people. One Magnificent 2 Bedroom apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 with double bed and 1 with twin beds, a double sofa-bed in the living room, a bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen, located on the first floor, with capacity for 6 people. All with air conditioning and with a spacious living room with direct access to the balcony, there is a common Barbecue for the 3 apartments that you can use during your holiday. There's no lift, and no pool wiew. Private parking it's available.

It's located in Olhos Agua area, only 10/15 minutes walking from the beautiful beach of Barranco das Belharucas, famous for the golden sand and for the beautiful cliffs. Car is not necessary, due to the facilities in the area, such as a supermarket and restaurants only a few minutes walking. However, if you book a car anyway, there is private parking. You can also explore other beaches close by, such as Olhos Agua and Falésia beach.
