I am subletting the 2nd floor of my house (3 rooms for 6 people max., kitchen, bathroom, a big hallway with an eating table, where you can eat and drink or work, balcony with amazing view) in the suburb of Belgrade (20min by car) for all those who want to enjoy Belgrade without stress in a calm area, parking lot available for free, possibility of picking up guests at airport and transport to city centre. My guests used to tell me that they feel peaceful at my place. Parties are allowed, but should be announced beforehand. There is also a very good soundsystem in my house and a pioneer mixer for DJs. ;)
I have a M.Sc. in economics and business administration, and I am physiotherapist if you suffer from pain, I can help you get rid of it. In that case the best would be to stay here around 8 days and to get 3-4 treatments during that time and each day exercises in the morning and evening. After that your life will change. Fluently speaking: deutsch, english, srpski Regarding myself: I am of Serbian origin that used to live in Germany until Corona times, now I am here to build up a new life. Since I live in a big house with three floors, I want to give the opportunity to visitors and tourists to enjoy Belgrade in an another way. I am pretty sure you won’t regret to stay here outside the center, since it is beautiful, less stressful, calm and cosy. If you need more information, write me please
You are in Belgrade, but still outside, due to the beautiful nature, calm neighborhood, you hear birds singing and dogs barking sometimes :-) It’s peaceful, clean air and accommodation of course. Ideal for surrendering from everyday stress downtown. Ada Ciganlija is 20min away from here. Close to my place are two Ethno villages (Dukat and Zornića Kuća). Besides that Avala TV tower is not far away (it’s even visible from the balcony). In Obrenovac (15km) you can enjoy sulphuric water as well.
