Property is located in the upper zone of Boulevard of King Alexandar, in the part of Zvezdara that is currently undergoing urban development. The location is extremely well connected to the city center as well as other amenities that are located in the immediate vicinity. Near the facility is the Olimp Sports Center, which offers various types of recreation, as well as the green oasis of the Zvezdara Forest, the proximity of which enables a quick relocation from the urban core to nature. The plateau in front of the main entrance with its greenery is intended as a meeting place. The fact that the facility has 24-hour security, as well as video surveillance covering the garages and other common areas, contributes to the feeling of security, privacy and exclusivity. The facility has 2 luxuriously equipped passenger elevators. The underground garage extends over 2 floors. There is Aroma supermarket on the ground floor of the building.
