In a quiet Belgrade neighborhood Kotež, only 4.5 km from the city center, in a small busy street is the apartment Excellent Time. If you want peace and quiet near the city, our apartment is the right choice for you. This modern and luxurious apartment has everything you need for rest and relaxation. Two bedrooms with large double beds, air conditioning, wardrobes and TVs; a large living room that is also air conditioned, a 65 inch TV, a bioethanol fireplace, a wine bar, an equipped kitchen and dining area, a separate bathroom and toilet are part of our fantastic interior. The pool, measuring 7x3.5 m and a half in depth, adorns our yard, which is mostly covered with soft artificial grass, ideal for play or physical activities. Depending on the time of day, you can choose a position to enjoy: on the terrace in front of the apartment under the awning - on the set or deck chairs; or on a set and lazy bags under a gazebo. In the evening on the gazebo you can lower the mosquito nets and enjoy outside until late, without fear of mosquitoes. The kitchen is equipped with complete dishes, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, flat plate, oven, hood, fridge, freezer, ice maker ...
