Spacious, luminous, tranquil, charming, cozy and a mix of retro and modern – this apartment consists of 90 square meters. This space is composed of an open living area, a kitchen/dining room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. All of the windows, which face both towards the street and the backyard, look onto the green canopy of the surrounding trees. The bedrooms, which face away from the street, look out onto the miniature park behind the building. On either side, it feels like the apartment is tucked into the greenery!
I'm Historian of Art, 55 years old, a widow. I have a daughter of 19.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a small and peaceful building, which is situated in Vračar – one of the best neighborhoods of Belgrade. It is just a few minutes of walk away from the Church of St. Sava and about 15 minutes of leisurely walk to the historical center. The neighborhood itself enjoys the best open air market, a variety of cafés that work well until midnight, a multitude of bakeries and restaurants with shady gardens, as well as supermarkets which work 24/7. Vračar is also home to and close to many museums and cultural centers.
