Dear Guest! Thank you for your choice! Here you could book a room with shared bathrooms and shared kitchen or a private apartment. In every kind of accommodation there is elevator in the building. Clean and fresh linen and towels from professional laundry, TV, Good free WiFi,personal iron facilities and personal fridge. Every kitchen has tea and coffee, all needed dishes, microwave, kettle, electric stove,in every bath there are liquid soap for hands, fan and toilet paper. Around us is a big choice of cafe and restaurants.Excursion Boat station and car parking is near our building. Bank Bridge, Savor on Blood Cathedral, Nevsky prospect, Summer Garden, Mikhailovskiy Castle, Garden and Theatre and lot of main sights are around us.Beautiful Kazan Cathedral is in front of our entrance. We have rooms with Cathedral view.

Our building was constructed in 1835. By Russian merchant family Kohendorfers. They planned the building as an income rooms. In 1846 F.M. Dostoevskiy rent 2 rooms on the 1st floor for several months.

Neighbourhood information

From Airport Pulkovo you could take a taxi, or bus 39 to Moskovskaya metro station.then at metro take blue line to station “Nevski Prospect” and take exit on Griboedova Channel ( River). When you exit to the street, in front of you across Nevsky prospect will be Kazan Cathedral. Please walk behind Cathedral to “Mamaluga” Restaurant and call or text any messenger on our phone number, which we will provide you after booking. From Moskovskiy railway Station you could take metro to “Nevsky prospect” or walk about 40 minutes straight on Nevsky prospect to Kazan Cathedral and the same way come to our building.
